About This Delivery

The G11 Sauna arrives via scheduled flatbed delivery. The sauna is encased in protective wood packaging on a large pallet. The delivery is curbside only, and offloading is the customer's responsibility. We will coordinate with you prior to shipment to ensure smooth access, offloading instructions, and any site-specific considerations.
