Payment Authorization & Processing

By submitting your order, you authorize the payment transaction for the total shown at checkout using a payment method you are authorized to use. Review the amount, currency, shipping charges, and applicable taxes before submitting payment.

Payment authorization, capture, and statement posting may occur at different times depending on the payment method and processing arrangement. A pending card authorization may be a temporary hold rather than a completed charge.

Orders must meet the payment requirements presented at checkout before fulfillment. An approved installment purchase follows the financing provider's payment schedule; you are not required to pay every future installment before the order can ship.

Shop Pay Installments

Shop Pay Installments is powered by Affirm. When offered, it allows eligible customers to pay over time under a separate financing agreement.

• Monthly plans, interest rates, and repayment periods depend on the available offer.
• A down payment may be required.
• Approval, a particular payment schedule, and interest-free financing are not guaranteed.

Review the APR, amount due today, number of payments, total repayment amount, and credit-related disclosures. Creating an account does not itself affect your credit score, but financing purchases, payment history, and other credit information may affect your score or rating. We do not promise that any installment plan has no credit impact.

Refunds & Payment Adjustments

Return, cancellation, and refund eligibility is governed by our Return & Refund Policy , the applicable purchase terms, and law. Approved refunds are generally submitted to the original payment method; your bank or payment provider determines when a credit or released hold appears.

For financed purchases, the provider applies any refund to your plan according to its terms. Follow the provider's payment instructions while an adjustment is pending.

For an incorrect amount, duplicate charge, or missing credit, contact us promptly. Billing errors are separate from product-return eligibility. This policy does not limit any applicable rights to contact your bank, card issuer, or payment provider or extend their dispute deadlines.
