Infinity IT-8500 Plus Massage Chair
The Infinity IT-8500 Plus is a premium S-Track massage chair built around deep stretching, inversion, lower-body massage, and full-body relaxation.
Its 4-node traveling back mechanism combines with Decompression Stretch, True Inversion, Near-Flat Recline, Zero Gravity, lumbar heat, air compression, triple foot rollers, Bluetooth audio, SootheMe sound programs, and mobile app control.
What Makes the Infinity IT-8500 Plus Different?
The IT-8500 Plus is especially known for stretching and inversion.
Infinity combines a near-flat reclining S-Track with Decompression Stretch, spinal correction movements, waist twisting, and True Inversion to create a more movement-focused massage experience than a conventional fixed-position chair.
It is a particularly strong fit for shoppers who want premium Infinity features without moving into a more expensive 4D model.
Why Choose the IT-8500 Plus?
Decompression Stretch
Coordinated chair motion and massage techniques create a full-body stretch-style experience.
True Inversion
The chair reclines just beyond horizontal for a deeper stretch-focused position.
Triple Foot Rollers
Three shiatsu rollers under each foot provide broad Total Sole Reflexology coverage.
4-Node Traveling Back Massage
The IT-8500 Plus uses a four-wheel / 4-node massage mechanism that travels along the S-Track from the neck toward the lower back.
Manual massage techniques include:
- Kneading
- Tapping
- Knocking
- Shiatsu
- Sync
Is the IT-8500 Plus a 4D Massage Chair?
No. Infinity currently lists the IT-8500 Plus with a 4-node traveling back mechanism, not a 4D massage mechanism.
The four nodes refer to the physical massage rollers. A 4D system adds additional control over massage depth and variable movement speed.
If 4D massage is a priority, a model such as the Infinity Smart Chair X3 4D is the better comparison.
Spinal Correction & Decompression Stretch
Decompression Stretch is one of the IT-8500 Plus's signature features.
The chair combines recline, roller movement, air compression, and body positioning to create a coordinated stretch-style session.
Infinity also incorporates Waist Twist Therapy to add rotational movement around the midsection during selected programs.
True Inversion & Near-Flat S-Track
The near-flat reclining S-Track follows the natural curve of the spine while allowing the chair back to recline just beyond horizontal.
Infinity calls this True Inversion.
Together with Decompression Stretch, it gives the IT-8500 Plus a particularly strong stretching identity.
Weightless Zero Gravity Recline
Zero Gravity positioning elevates the legs and redistributes body weight across the chair.
It can be used alongside the chair's automatic massage programs, stretching features, lumbar heat, and air compression.
Triple Roller Total Sole Reflexology
The IT-8500 Plus includes three shiatsu rollers under each foot.
This creates broad roller coverage across the soles and gives the chair a more substantial foot massage than single-roller systems.
Full-Body Airbag Compression Massage
Airbags positioned throughout the chair inflate and deflate to create compression around multiple body zones.
Air compression also works alongside the stretch and recline features during selected programs.
Lumbar Heat
Heating modules in the lower-back area provide gentle warmth during massage sessions.
Lumbar heat can be combined with roller massage, Zero Gravity, and stretching programs for added comfort.
Automatic Body Scanning
The chair scans the user's position before massage begins to help align the massage mechanism with the body.
This helps improve positioning across users of different heights within the chair's recommended range.
Bluetooth Audio & SootheMe Sound Therapy
Premium Bluetooth Speakers
Connect a compatible phone or audio device and listen through the chair's built-in speakers.
SootheMe Sound Therapy
Built-in nature and ambient sound programs provide another relaxation option without requiring an external device.
iOS & Android App Control
Infinity provides mobile app functionality for compatible Apple and Android devices.
Key chair controls can be accessed through the app in addition to the chair's standard controller.
