Many products qualify for free standard shipping to eligible addresses in the contiguous United States, also called the lower 48 states. Eligibility depends on the product, brand, shipment, and destination. Not every product or address qualifies.

Standard Delivery & Tracking

Large wellness products commonly ship by freight. Standard freight generally delivers to a safe, accessible curbside location. It does not automatically include inside delivery, backyard placement, assembly, or packaging removal.

Confirm unloading arrangements and liftgate suitability for the exact shipment. Smaller products may ship by parcel carrier. Tracking information is emailed when available after shipment, and products in the same order may arrive separately.

White-Glove Delivery: Individually Quoted

White-glove delivery may be available for select products and locations when you need help beyond standard curbside service. Pricing is assessed for each purchase, rather than charged as a universal flat fee.

The quote depends on the exact product, quantity, delivery location, access route, requested work, and local provider availability. A quote for one order, model, or address does not automatically apply to another.

Services That May Be Included in a Quote

Service availability varies by model. Not every sauna, hot tub, cold plunge, or massage chair qualifies. Large outdoor products and difficult sites may require a separate specialized placement arrangement.

What Affects White-Glove Pricing?

• Product dimensions, weight, packaging, and quantity.
• Delivery ZIP code and local coverage.
• Distance from the unloading point to final placement.
• Stairs, elevators, narrow gates, tight turns, slopes, and terrain.
• Requested unpacking, assembly, packaging removal, and handling equipment.

Provide accurate site information before requesting a quote. Changes to the order, destination, access conditions, or requested work may require a revised quote and approval before additional services are arranged.

Exclusions & Preparation

White-glove delivery does not include electrical wiring, plumbing or water hookups, structural work, or permit applications. Arrange those services separately with appropriately qualified professionals, licensed where required.

Removal of existing equipment, crane service, multiple flights of stairs, and difficult-terrain handling are not included unless specifically assessed, approved, and listed in a separate service arrangement.

Prepare a suitable base or installation area, measure the full delivery route, and disclose access restrictions before scheduling. Freight delivery and the placement appointment may occur separately.
