Financing is subject to eligibility and provider approval and may not be available for every order or location. Some plans may be interest-free; others may charge interest. A down payment may be required.

Payment Processing & Verification

By submitting an order, you authorize the payment transaction for the total shown using a payment method you are authorized to use. Authorization, capture, and statement posting may occur at different times. A pending card hold is not necessarily a completed charge.

Orders may be reviewed to verify billing information or investigate suspected unauthorized activity. If a payment fails, appears duplicated, or looks unfamiliar on your statement, contact us with the order number, transaction date, and amount.

Order Confirmations, Receipts & Tracking

Order confirmations are sent to the email address provided at checkout. Check your spam folder if you cannot find yours, and contact us if you need a duplicate receipt or purchase documentation.

Shipment tracking is sent separately when available after shipment. Orders containing multiple products or packages may have more than one tracking number. Payment confirmation does not guarantee immediate shipment.
