This model uses a rigid fiberglass body with a foam-insulated double hull. It is a different construction from DreamPod's inflatable Flex models.

Manufacturer Warranty
DreamPod's published warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for two years on fiberglass construction and one year on electronic and mechanical components, beginning on the original end-user's retail purchase date.
The written terms include exclusions for misuse, unapproved modifications, operation outside permitted uses, and unauthorized service. Return transport to the manufacturer is not covered.
Shipping & Returns
Delivery: Review the shipping charges and service shown with your order for delivery within the contiguous United States. Standard freight service is curbside unless another service is expressly included. Placement and installation require separate arrangements.
Inspect the shipment, photograph damage, record visible damage or shortages on the delivery receipt, and retain the packaging. Contact us promptly if anything is damaged or missing.
DreamPod returns: Our current policy provides a 30-calendar-day return window after delivery for eligible unused, complete products in their original packaging, with a 20% restocking fee. Written authorization is required. Return freight and applicable disclosed original shipping costs are the customer's responsibility for change-of-mind returns.
