DreamPod's published Flex warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for six months on inflatable PVC construction and one year on electronic and mechanical components, measured from the original end-user's retail purchase date.
Coverage is subject to the manufacturer's written terms and exclusions, including proper use, approved components, and authorized service.
Shipping & Returns
Delivery: Review the shipping terms shown with your order for delivery within the contiguous United States. Standard freight service is curbside unless another service is expressly included. Final placement, assembly, and installation are separate.
Inspect the shipment, photograph visible damage, note concerns on the delivery receipt when possible, and retain the packaging. Contact us promptly about damage or missing items.
DreamPod returns: Our current policy provides a 30-calendar-day return window after delivery for eligible unused, complete products in their original packaging, with a 20% restocking fee. Written authorization is required. Return freight and applicable disclosed original shipping costs are the customer's responsibility for change-of-mind returns. Filled or used equipment generally does not qualify.
