SoulCold™ Cold & Hot Plunge
Choose cold immersion or a warm soak in one stainless steel tub. The Finnmark SoulCold includes a heating and cooling unit, touchscreen controls, Wi-Fi access, filtration, ozone water treatment, and an insulated cover.
Its one-person design combines a Canadian cedar surround with cedar backrests for a natural finish that complements a home gym or sauna space.
Hot and cold capability, one body of water. SoulCold can heat or cool the same tub, but temperature changes take time. For alternating heat and cold during a session, pair it with a separate sauna or other heat source.

Temperature capability is not a bathing recommendation. Although the published specification lists 108°F, the manual cautions against adjusting heat limits above 105°F. Follow all manufacturer safety instructions and professional medical guidance when selecting bathing temperatures.

Plan the Installation Before Ordering
Power & First Startup
Have a licensed electrician confirm the code-compliant circuit, grounding, outlet, and location. Use the supplied GFCI protection and follow the manual's connection instructions.
Keep the unit upright and allow the manual's 24-hour settling period before startup. Fill and prime correctly before operating; never run the pump dry.
Airflow & Service Access
Allow 20 inches of clearance on every side of the chiller. Keep intake and exhaust openings clear and avoid recessed or enclosed equipment spaces.
Leave room for hoses, filter service, cover handling, and safe entry and exit. Tub dimensions alone do not describe the full installation footprint.
Outdoor Protection
Outdoor placement requires shelter from sun and rain and protection for the touchscreen and electrical connection. The listed ambient operating range also applies.
Plan seasonal shutdown where needed. Follow the manual's draining and storage instructions; freeze damage is excluded from its warranty.
Foundation & Drainage
Provide a level, load-rated surface and a plan for draining, spills, and condensation. Include the tub, actual water volume, equipment, and bather when evaluating the load.
Have decks and upper floors assessed by a qualified structural professional before installation.
Routine Water Care
Inspect water flow, clean or replace filters as directed, and follow Finnmark's water-care instructions. Ozone and filtration do not eliminate the need for cleaning and water changes.
New cedar backrests may release tannins that give the water an amber tint. The manual addresses this natural effect and the supplied carbon filters. Investigate unexpected odor, cloudiness, or other water-quality changes rather than assuming all discoloration comes from cedar.
Delivery & Warranty
Delivery: Standard freight service is curbside unless your order states otherwise. Measure the delivery route and arrange the move from the unloading point to the final location. Confirm freight charges and any placement-service availability before ordering.
Warranty: The linked installation manual states a one-year limited warranty for private, non-commercial use. The supplier's current product listing states two years for consumer use. Contact us to confirm the current written warranty applicable to your order before purchase.
Commercial projects: The linked manual excludes commercial use from warranty coverage. Contact us about equipment suitable for a gym, studio, rental, or other shared-use installation.

Is the heating and cooling equipment included?
Yes. The SoulCold package includes the temperature-control unit for heating and cooling, along with the listed filtration components and connection hoses.
Can I alternate hot and cold in the same session?
The unit heats or cools one body of water, so changing temperatures takes time. Pair the plunge with a separate sauna or heat source if you want to alternate during a session.
Can it stay outdoors through winter?
Do not assume year-round outdoor operation is suitable. Follow the ambient limits and the manual's weather protection, draining, and storage instructions. Freeze damage is excluded from the manual's warranty.
How much space does the chiller need?
The manual requires 20 inches of clearance on every side of the chiller. Also allow space for hoses, maintenance, and safe movement around the tub.
Does ozone make the water maintenance-free?
No. Continue routine cleaning, filter maintenance, water checks, and water changes according to Finnmark's instructions.
