Return eligibility

Request the written warranty applicable to your Sierra Spa All In order before purchase. Published manufacturer documents differ: the All In operating guide describes a one-year residential warranty, while the separate cold-plunge certificate lists two years for specified acrylic-shell failures and one year for electrical and other covered components.
The certificate also contains purchase-channel restrictions, so these periods should not be treated as confirmed coverage for every dealer order. Commercial use is excluded under that certificate. Coverage, service arrangements, and exclusions must be confirmed for the supplied unit.
