Three Frequency Choices
Select 30, 35, or 40 Hz. These are discrete settings, rather than adjustment in 1 Hz increments.
Low and High Amplitude
Each frequency has a Low and High option, giving you six combinations. Choose settings according to your ability, activity, and the operating instructions.
Count-Up Timer
The timer counts up to nine minutes. The remote also provides 30- and 60-second presets for shorter operating intervals.

A Column-Free Platform for a Planned Fitness Space
MOVE offers an open platform without a tall control column. It can suit a home gym or dedicated indoor movement area where you want multiple settings without a full-height machine.
