The VibePlate 3048 is a powered exercise platform with a 30 × 48-inch surface that vibrates up and down. Use it for suitable standing positions, exercises, or stretches as part of your movement routine.
Choose an 85 lb aluminum or 210 lb steel model. Both arrive assembled with a variable speed controller and a published 10–60 Hz frequency range.
How the VibePlate 3048 Works
When powered on, the platform produces small, rapid vertical movements. You choose your position or exercise and use the separate controller dial to adjust vibration frequency.
Frequency is measured in hertz (Hz), meaning cycles per second. The published 2 mm amplitude describes the size of the vibration movement. Follow VibePlate’s instructions when selecting activities, settings, and session length.
