Free Shipping Coverage

Lower 48 States

Most items ship free to the contiguous U.S. (lower 48). Eligible products display “Free Shipping” on the product page and at checkout.

Exceptions & Surcharges

Oversized or heavyweight items, remote/rural addresses, and limited-access locations may incur surcharges (liftgate, ferry, inside delivery, or special handling). Any brand-specific freight fees will be shown on the product page or during checkout.

Delivery Methods

Curbside Freight (LTL)

Standard for large items (saunas, hot tubs, some cold plunges). The carrier delivers to the curb or driveway; assembly and placement are not included. A signature is usually required.

White-Glove Delivery

Available on select products and locations. Services may include room-of-choice placement, basic assembly, and debris removal. Pricing and availability vary by item and zip code.

Parcel Shipping

Smaller items (accessories, some massage chairs) ship via UPS/FedEx/USPS with doorstep delivery and tracking.

Timelines

Processing & Lead Times

Most in-stock orders process within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order or backordered items will note an estimated ship window on the product page.

Transit Estimates

Parcel deliveries typically arrive in 3–7 business days after shipment. Freight deliveries commonly arrive in 5–14 business days after shipment, depending on distance and carrier scheduling.

Freight Appointments

For LTL shipments, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window. Please ensure an adult is present to sign and inspect.

Order Tracking

You’ll receive tracking details by email once your order ships. For multi-item orders, products may ship separately with different tracking numbers.

Preparation & Access

Pathway & Site Readiness

Confirm clear access (driveway, gates, stairs, door widths) and a suitable staging/installation area before delivery. Note any challenges (steep grades, narrow roads) at checkout.

Inspection on Arrival

Before signing, inspect packaging for visible damage. Note any issues on the delivery receipt and photograph the packaging; report concealed damage within 24–48 hours.

Service Limits

White-Glove Exclusions

Certain products (e.g., barrel saunas, wood-burning hot tubs, large outdoor units) may not qualify for white-glove or installation services due to size, weight, or site constraints.

PO Boxes & International

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. International shipping is not available at this time.

Special Regions & Fees

Alaska, Hawaii & Remote Areas

Delivery to AK/HI or remote islands may require custom quotes and extended transit times. Contact us for options before ordering.

Changes, Delays & Redelivery

Address Changes & Missed Appointments

Changes after shipment or missed appointments may incur carrier redelivery/storage fees. Please coordinate promptly with the carrier.
