White-glove delivery is available only for qualifying products, destinations, and access conditions. We review your exact model, quantity, delivery location, route to placement, and requested services before confirming availability and pricing.

A service offered for one model, customer, or ZIP code does not establish eligibility for another purchase. Large outdoor units, barrel saunas, or other specialty products may require a separate placement provider or may fall outside available service coverage.

Services That May Be Quoted

Planning by Product Type

Saunas

Confirm whether the quote includes moving cartons, panel assembly, bench assembly, or other specific tasks. Heater mounting and related work require separate confirmation of scope and qualifications. Electrical wiring, circuit installation, and permits are excluded from white-glove delivery.

Hot Tubs

Specialized spa placement may be needed to move the unit from curbside to a prepared base. Confirm the handling method, route, equipment, and any cover-related work. Electrical work, filling, water treatment, and full commissioning are not included unless separately arranged with the appropriate professionals.

Massage Chairs

Ask whether the quote covers room placement, component assembly, packaging removal, and a permitted function check. Confirm door clearances, turning space, stair access, and operating clearances for the exact model.

Cold Plunges & Chillers

Confirm placement and any manufacturer-permitted assembly tasks for the tub and chiller. Electrical and plumbing connections are excluded from white-glove delivery. Use appropriately qualified professionals, licensed where required, for those connections.

What Affects Your Quote?

• Exact product, dimensions, shipping weight, quantity, and packaging.
• Delivery ZIP code, local coverage, and provider availability.
• Distance from the unloading point to the final location.
• Stairs, elevator restrictions, slopes, surfaces, gates, and tight turns.
• Requested assembly, unpacking, checks, and packaging removal.
• Any specialized lifting, equipment, or handling requirements.

Changes to the product, address, access route, or requested work may require a revised quote. Additional work must be discussed and approved before it is arranged. Free standard shipping, where available, covers the specified standard service; it does not automatically cover a white-glove upgrade.

Prepare for Delivery

1. Measure the complete route. Include packaged dimensions, handling clearance, doorways, gates, stairs, and turning space.
2. Share access details. Provide photos or measurements of obstacles, surfaces, slopes, and any building delivery rules.
3. Prepare the final location. Follow the manufacturer's requirements for support, clearances, drainage, ventilation, and utilities.
4. Confirm scheduling. Coordinate the delivery and placement appointments. Freight arrival and the white-glove visit may be separate.
5. Arrange a recipient. Have a responsible adult age 18 or older available for the agreed appointment to provide access, review the work, and sign where required.

Exclusions & Service Limits

White-glove delivery does not include electrical wiring, plumbing connections, permit applications, structural modifications, or site construction. Arrange this work separately with the appropriate professionals.

Do not assume crane service, fence removal, roof access, removal of existing equipment, or unlimited stair carrying is included. Any additional placement work requires separate assessment and confirmation. The provider may need an alternative plan if the actual site differs from the information used for the quote or cannot be accessed safely.

Before the Provider Leaves

Review the completed work against your approved quote. Photograph the product and note visible damage, missing parts, or incomplete tasks on the service paperwork where possible. Contact us promptly with your order number and documentation if an issue remains.

A visual inspection or basic function check is not a guarantee that every component is free of defects. Follow the manufacturer manual before first use, and do not operate equipment that appears unsafe. Does it include electrical or plumbing installation?

No. White-glove delivery excludes electrical wiring, plumbing connections, and permits. Arrange that work separately with appropriately qualified professionals, licensed where required.

What if I see a white-glove option during checkout?
